clipperlamps.com will accept the return of goods sold by the Company, provided the following conditions are met:-
(1.) You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery, and return the goods for a refund. This will not apply to orders which have included engraving or personal modifications. If you cancel the order we will make a refund to you of the price of the goods. This will be made to the originating source by which the payment was made, ie. PayPal, Debit or Credit Card within 30 days. It is your responsibility to give notice in writing of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter.
(2.) It is your duty to take good care of the goods, whilst in your keeping or the keeping of the carrier.The goods must be returned in saleable condition and at your expense and we would suggest that you use a recorded delivery service. Goods must be returned no later than 14 days from date of the original dispatch by the company.
(3.) The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packing.
(4.) Any goods returned without the proper seven days writen notification, or after fourteen days after the original dispatch date, will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge to cover re-packing, re-stocking and administration costs. This clause of accepting the returned goods, is at the discretion of clipperlamps.com
(5.) This policy does not apply to goods returned which have been damaged, either in transit or after leaving our dispatch department, see our general conditions of sale Para (8.).
(6.) We reserve the right to change ,modify, delete any of this returns policy, or part of the policy, whether implied or not. This policy will not effect any validity or enforcement of any of clipperlamps.com general conditions of Sale, which will take priority over this policy. Clipperlamps.com reserve the right to change, modify or replace this policy with and without notice. Clipperlamps.com's interpretation of this policy shall prevail, but not over your rights under common Law.
